The only official address is app.falconvid.ai/login. This page (falconvid.ai) is the public site and never asks for your password.

Panel and public site are separate addresses on purpose: your session exists only on app.falconvid.ai, so a blog link or a page shared on social media never carries your login with it.

Cannot get in?

  • Wrong password: use Forgot my password and the reset link arrives by e-mail.
  • Account not verified: ask for a new verification e-mail on the sign-in screen and check the spam folder.
  • Signed up with Google: use the Google button, not the password field.
  • Still stuck: write to [email protected] from the e-mail of your account.

What is the FalconVid login URL?

app.falconvid.ai/login. Sign in with the e-mail you used to create the account, or with the Google button. The public site falconvid.ai never asks for your password.

I forgot my password. How do I get back in?

On the sign-in screen click Forgot my password and type your e-mail. The reset link arrives in a few minutes and stops working once used. If it does not arrive, check spam and then write to [email protected].

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes. The Continue with Google button signs you in without a password. If the account was created with Google, always use that button: no password was ever set for it.

I never received the verification e-mail. What now?

Ask for a new one on the sign-in screen and check the spam folder. Corporate mail servers sometimes hold the first message. If nothing arrives, [email protected] releases the account by hand.

How do I sign in on the Chrome extension?

Sign in at app.falconvid.ai/login in the same browser, then open the FalconVid for YouTube extension and click connect. The extension receives a single-use code and never sees your password.

Is the trial account the same login as a paid one?

Yes. The trial creates your real account with 2,000 credits for 7 days. When you subscribe, the same e-mail and password keep working and every project stays where it is.
